Accredited Iowa Farm Manager | Farm Real Estate
A passion for rural Iowa farmland drove Matt Mann to pursue a career in farm real estate and professional land management following his graduation from Iowa State University with a degree in Agricultural Business. Growing up on a farm near Malcom, the Iowa native developed the foundational work ethic that is now geared toward uncovering results for clients of Iowa Land Sales & Farm Management.
Matt is a real estate sales and farm management expert who specializes in handling the day-to-day operations of income-producing cropland and livestock farms across the state of Iowa. A skilled communicator who understands the importance of teamwork, he complements and reinforces the mission of Iowa Land Sales and Farm Management—to provide sound real estate sales services and professional farm management to landowners.
Matt is an experienced networker who stays on top of current trends and events in his industry. He serves on a number of leadership committees with the ASFMRA Iowa Chapter, and in 2010 traveled with that organization to attend the Leadership Institute in Washington, D.C.
During high school, Matt’s involvement with the FFA had such a profound impact on his life and future career that he decided to pay that experience forward and help deserving students and aspiring farmers in his local FFA chapter to overcome financial barriers associated with their academic goals. In 2012, the Iowa chapter of the ASFMRA presented Matt with an Early Career Award for his outstanding contribution to the Iowa chapter, his profession, and his community.
Matt spends his spare time working with his family on their diverse grain and livestock in central Iowa. Personally owning farmland also gives Matt the proper perspective to be a good steward and understand the importance of managing land by way of hands-on experience.
He continually strives to meet the needs and goals of his clients by caring for their land as if it were his own.
